H2 PCI LLC is a jointly owned subsidiary of the Poarch Creek Band of Indians (PCBI) and Hui Huliau (a Native Hawaiian Organization) and is the newest addition to the PCI Federal Services family of companies.

H2 PCI is a tribally-owned 8(a)/SDB providing US Federal Government agencies and the Department of War (DoW) customers with superior construction and program management capabilities. The H2 PCI team brings well over 30 years of Federal government agency services experience across multiple key business areas.
